A mobile service, not a shop
There is no waiting room and no tow to a bay. The tools and the diagnosis come to the vehicle.

Repairs where the vehicle sits
Freeman Repairs is a mobile mechanic service based at 1115 Lincoln St, Van Buren, AR 72956. Work is carried out at the customer's location — a driveway, a jobsite, a fleet yard or the side of the road.
The service runs around the clock. Calls are answered at any hour, and dispatch happens from there, which matters most when a vehicle is blocking a crew or a route rather than sitting safely at home.
The focus is on vehicles that are expected to work: cars and trucks, RVs and transport vehicles, small fleets, and fire and emergency apparatus. A repair is judged by whether the vehicle goes back into service.

- 03
Assess
The fault is diagnosed where the vehicle stands, before any repair is started.
- 04
Repair
The work is carried out at the same location, so the vehicle is not moved to be fixed.
